Stuart’s IT career started in 2002 with a small software house serving the gaming machine sector before moving to Capgemini to work on the Inland Revenue contract.
After 13 years in the private sector Stuart was insourced into a large government department where he led a large team of platform and infrastructure specialists delivering service management solutions to internal customers.
Stuart was the department’s technical lead for its implementation of ServiceNow - the largest public sector implementation of the platform outside of the US. He was ServiceNow platform owner and product owner for the service portal and mobile applications.
Stuart joined NWT in 2023 as ServiceNow Evangelist to build the capacity and capability of the ServiceNow Practice.
